Crowd Management Curriculum Project 1997-1998
Member of a selected group of crowd management experts (International Association of Auditorium Managers)
A broad goal of this Project was to provide guidance on training needs of public assembly facilities in the areas of crowd management. The project also is intended specifically to address requirements for assembly occupancies put forward in the 1994 Life Safety Code of the National Fire Protection Association. The project developed suggested guidelines for public assembly facility managers regarding the job competencies and recommended training for crowd management staff.
